Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tbeem Creation (the "Platform"), operated by Tbeem Solutions Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including businesses and individuals who register an account.

2. Description of Service

Tbeem Creation is an AI-powered fashion image generation platform designed for Indian fashion brands and sellers. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate professional model photographs of garments (sarees, salwar suits, lehengas) and jewellery uploaded by users. The service is provided on a credit-based prepaid model.

3. Account Registration

• ✦You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• ✦One account per company or business entity is permitted
• ✦You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
• ✦You must be at least 18 years old to register an account
• ✦We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to contain false information

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• ✕Upload images containing nudity, explicit content, or sexually suggestive material
• ✕Upload images of real identifiable people without their consent
• ✕Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• ✕Use the Platform for any illegal activity under Indian law
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
• ✕Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or restrictions
• ✕Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without written permission
• ✕Upload content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination

AI-generated images are created by machine learning models. Please note:

• ◈Results may vary based on the quality of uploaded product photos
• ◈AI models may occasionally produce imperfect results — this is the nature of generative AI
• ◈We continuously improve our systems to deliver better results
• ◈Tbeem Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for any business decisions made based on AI-generated images

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify users in advance of planned maintenance wherever possible. Downtime does not entitle users to credit refunds unless generation failures directly result from the downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Tbeem Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice and without refund of remaining credits. Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email with at least 7 days notice.
