All credit purchases on Tbeem Creation are final and non-refundable. This applies to both used and unused credits. Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases where a verified technical failure on our infrastructure prevents service delivery for more than 24 hours and cannot be resolved by our team.

1. General Policy — All Sales Are Final

By purchasing credits on Tbeem Creation, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any of the following circumstances:

  • Credits that have been used to generate images
  • Credits that are unused or remaining in your account balance
  • Dissatisfaction with the style, quality, or appearance of generated images
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product type or styling selections made by the user
  • Images that do not match expectations due to low-quality uploaded photos
  • Accidental purchases
  • Account inactivity or non-usage of credits

2. Credits Are Non-Refundable

Tbeem Creation operates on a prepaid credit system. Once credits are purchased, they are credited to your account immediately. Credits never expire and can be used at any time at your own pace.

The prepaid nature of credits means that once a transaction is completed, the purchase cannot be reversed. We strongly encourage you to use the 25 free trial credits provided on sign-up to fully evaluate the platform before purchasing any paid credit pack.

3. Generated Images — No Refunds

AI image generation is a computational service. Once a generation request is submitted and processed, the credit is consumed regardless of the visual output. We do not offer refunds for generated images because:

  • Computational resources are consumed at the time of generation
  • AI outputs are inherently variable and depend on the quality of uploaded input photos
  • Image style and quality are subjective and cannot be guaranteed to match personal preferences

4. Exception — Unresolvable Technical Failures Only

A refund may be considered only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • A verified technical failure occurs on Tbeem Solutions' own infrastructure (our servers, platform systems)
  • The failure is entirely outside the user's control and not caused by user error or third-party internet issues
  • The failure completely prevents you from accessing or using the paid service
  • The issue is reported to our support team within 48 hours of occurrence
  • Our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours of it being reported to us
  • The failure is confirmed and documented by our engineering team

Examples that may qualify:

Complete server outage lasting more than 24 hours · Payment processed but credits never added to account · Platform entirely inaccessible due to our infrastructure failure

5. What Does Not Qualify as a Technical Failure

  • Slow generation times or queues during peak usage hours
  • AI outputs that do not match your creative vision or preferences
  • Features behaving differently than expected due to incorrect usage
  • Internet connectivity or device issues on your end
  • Browser compatibility issues
  • Temporary service disruptions lasting less than 24 hours
  • Scheduled maintenance announced in advance
  • Third-party AI model quality variations

6. Automatic Credit Restoration for System Errors

If a generation request is submitted and no image is returned due to a platform error, the credit for that specific request is automatically restored to your account balance within minutes. This is a system-level credit restoration — not a monetary refund — and requires no action from your side.

7. How to Report a Technical Issue

If the issue qualifies, we will attempt to resolve within 24 hours

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting Tbeem Solutions Pvt Ltd is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks. All transactions are fully documented and we will provide complete records to payment processors or banks as required.

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By purchasing credits, you agree to be bound by this policy in full.
